Nunciward.com we sell the very best brands and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your new purchase does not fit or you don’t like the colour, you are welcome to send it back for an exchange or refund as long as the item complies with our policy.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
RETURN PERIOD:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery or in-store purchase to return or exchange your item. To qualify, the return must be shipped via USA Post by the 14th day at the latest.
FREE RETURN LABEL:
Nunciward.com will provide you with one free return label via email. Please print it out and affix it securely to the outside of the return package.
Drop your package off at any USA Post store.
REFUND PROCESS:
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 3 business days for our staff to process your refund.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
IN-STORE RETURNS:
If you prefer, you can also return your order directly to our store during business hours.
